TREASONOUS 9TH CIRCUIT COURT JUDGES OVERRULE ARIZONA VOTERS!

In 2004, Arizona spoke; over 1 Million citizens went to the polls, voted, and passed Proposition 200 requiring proof of citizenship to vote.

On October 6th, 2006 Judge A. Wallace Tashima and Judge William A. Fletcher of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, California chose to overrule the will of the people of Arizona. We have a message for the 9th Circuit Court; these judges will NOT silence the citizens of Arizona.

We call on all Arizonans to join us for one hour of complete silence from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM in front of the State Capitol in Phoenix as we protest, in gag, this blatant abuse of power. We request that our Secretary of State Jan Brewer and Attorney General Terry Goddard use all available resources to counter this monarchical decision.

Jan Brewer and Terry Goddard work for the citizens of Arizona and the citizens have spoken. We must take action immediately.

The rally will begin at 12:00 PM on Friday, October 13th, 2006 and will be located across the street from the Arizona State Capitol (Wesley Bolin Memorial Park), 1700 W. Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona. Please bring your flag, your own gag, and exercise your 2nd Amendment rights.
